What does the monthly fee include?
- 3 gourmet nutritious meals a day, plus access to snacks 24 hours a day
- All in house activities
- Wellness staff members on site and available 24 hours a day
- Basic Cable
- Housekeeping once a week
- Laundry once a week
- Community washers and dryers available
- Utilities
- Basic Maintenance
- Parking spot if resident has own vehicle
- Use of pendant system for assistance, and emergencies
Does the monthly fee include cost for onsite beauty parlor/barber use?
No, the services at the beauty parlor are not included. If the resident chooses to use the beauty parlor, the charge will appear on their monthly statement, and therefore they have no restriction on usage.

What activities do we provide?
We provide a variety of activities based upon each resident’s interests. An activity calendar for the month is available upon request.
Do you allow pets?
Yes we do! We allow 1 pet per suite, and it must be 25lbs or under.
Do you allow overnight guests?
We have guest rooms available, please reserve ahead to ensure your space. $50.00 per night includes all the comforts of home!
What types of rooms are available?
For our independent living we have 2 bedrooms, 1 bedrooms, and alcove bedrooms available.
For our assisted living we have studio apartments.
Do you carry a hospice waiver?
We do have a hospice waiver if your loved one should need assistance through hospice.
What types of food do you serve?
We provide a variety of food served by a server, or buffet style with a salad bar available at each meal. A copy of the week’s menu is available upon request.
Is there an additional cost as the level of care for my loved one if they need more assistance?
Yes, the cost of additional levels of care can range from $0-$1,200 maximum. Additional levels of care include medication management, bathing, please inquire for a personalized quote.
Can the residents come and go freely?
Absolutely! We only require that they sign out when they leave, and sign in when they return. If they are leaving overnight, we request notification.
